You show up. You deliver. And you can't remember the last time you felt like yourself.
The pressure that won't lift. The reactions you didn't see coming. The terror of being ‘found out’.
Underneath this, there's something deeper at work - beliefs you've carried for so long you've stopped noticing them. If I ask for help, they won't respect me. If I'm not always performing, I'm not enough. These beliefs drive the 11pm emails you can't stop sending. The meeting where you smiled and said fine when you really wanted to scream. Lying awake replaying a conversation that happened three weeks ago.
These beliefs don't stay inside you. They shape every room you walk into. Every decision you make. Every interaction you have. They define your presence.
Often, people choose to work with me because they want to feel differently inside of themselves - and I get it, who doesn’t want more peace and ease. What they find though, is that when those changes happen inside, it changes what happens outside too.
Your inner world determines your outer impact. ALWAYS.
An ‘anti-marketing’ note about this work that most coaches won’t tell you
As a coach, I hear a lot of advice about how to market coaching. How to make clear promises. How to position outcomes. How to name the problem, then sell the solution.
It's good advice. It just doesn't sit right with me when it comes to this work.
The deeper 1:1 journey with me is different.
I don't promise specific results in a neat timeframe, I offer no tidy before and after bullet points. Some people meet a life-changing insight in minutes. Others take weeks.
You will feel moments of extraordinary clarity, peace, and freedom. And you may also meet the parts of yourself you've spent a lifetime outrunning. I meet those parts with love - not as problems to fix, but as aspects of you that have been working hard to keep you safe. I don't relate to you as broken. I relate to you as whole. And from that place, the most profound shifts become possible.
This work requires curiosity, openness, and sometimes courage. Most people find they have more of all three than they thought.
And once you wake up to the truth of who you really are, you'll never be able to go back to sleep again.
The journey happens in three stages…
Clarity begins with seeing what you've been missing
You can feel something is off - in how you're reacting, deciding, showing up - but you can't yet see what's driving it. Using neuroscience-backed techniques and deeply intuitive coaching, we uncover the patterns, beliefs, and stress responses shaping your leadership beneath the surface. This is where clarity begins - and what you can see, you can shift.
Restoring inner alignment rebuilds the authority you lead from
You can see what's been driving you. But seeing it hasn't yet changed how it feels to lead. Through targeted coaching we work directly with nervous system regulation, emotional patterning, and decision architecture. Reactive patterns soften. Judgement becomes cleaner. Your presence becomes consistent and grounded.
You radiate clarity and confidence, and start to shape the culture around you
Your presence is strong - and that clarity now shows you exactly what your culture needs. Through advanced culture, values, and financial impact diagnostics, we uncover what's driving your team and what's holding it back. We build the roadmap and work alongside you to make the shift real and measurable.
Leadership effectiveness and culture are measurable. Barrett Analytics makes both visible - with the precision that top-performing leaders need.

The data is unambiguous about what presence-led cultures produce:
Profitability - Highly engaged teams show a 21% increase in profitability and 17% higher productivity (Gallup)
High performance - Collaborative cultures are 5 times more likely to be high-performing (Deloitte)
Innovation - Teams with high psychological safety outperform on creativity and problem-solving (Google's Project Aristotle)
Barrett diagnostics give you the data to see exactly where your leadership and culture stands - and what to do about it.
The shift starts with a conversation.
