Why ‘Neema’
Our name carries deep and inspiring meanings from cultures around the world. In Swahili, it means “grace,” “melodious,” and “born in prosperous times.” In Hindi, it means “very brave,” while in Arabic, نعمة (ni'mah) translates to “blessing.” In some traditions, a Neema is a guide - a bridge between different states of being, embodying transformation and possibility.
Our Founder, Katharine Williams
Katharine is a leadership and team coach, speaker, and cultural transformation facilitator known for her rare ability to tune into what’s really shaping a system - and shift it.
She brings deep energetic and psychological attunement together with neuroscience, systems thinking, and strategic rigour to help leaders and organisations evolve from the inside out.
With a Master’s in Commerce specialising in Organisational Behaviour and International HR, and accreditations as a Barrett Values Centre Leadership and Cultural Transformation Practitioner, Katharine brings a unique blend of strategic insight and intuitive connection to her work.
Drawing from 20 years in senior leadership roles, Katharine intimately understands the pressures CEOs and leaders face during significant transitions. Having operated in these environments, she has become a trusted advisor to some of the world’s most recognised brands, helping them adapt and thrive during leadership challenges, strategic transitions, and growing competitive pressures.

Honouring My Spiritual Lineage
Neema would not exist without the guidance, wisdom, and devotion of those who came before me.
I honour and give thanks to my Spiritual Father, Gregory Puente, and to my elders, Maitre Atome Ribenga and Maman Germaine, and the others before them, whose teachings in the Bwiti tradition have shaped my life and leadership.
As a gesture of gratitude and reciprocity, I donate 10% of Neema’s profits to Agueya - a sanctuary for healing, reconnection, and regeneration in the heart of Brazil, rooted in the Bwiti tradition.
